The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WP Copilot and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The WP Copilot plugin code is distributed under its applicable license terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service beyond those expressly stated.
The Service integrates with third-party services including AI model providers, payment processors, and hosting infrastructure. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WP COPILOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WP Copilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your dashboard. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where WP Copilot is headquartered, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
